1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Service, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Steer Corp ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

The Service is available through multiple platforms:

• Web Applications: Browser-based access to Steer features
• Third-Party Integrations: Access through platforms such as ChatGPT and other AI assistants

When using Steer through third-party platforms (such as ChatGPT), you are also subject to that platform's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Terms.

• AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, inconsistencies, or be entirely incorrect
• AI systems can produce "hallucinations" (plausible-sounding but factually wrong information)

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content.

When using Steer through third-party platforms like ChatGPT, your interactions are processed by that platform's AI systems. We do not control and are not responsible for the AI processing performed by third-party platforms.
